When can I expect my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with the design questionnaire that will begin the design process. We strive to complete all orders within 72 hours, of receiving back your design questionnaire. Our business hours are 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday (MST). |

What do you mean by 100% satisfaction guaranteed?
If you’re not completely happy with your background after 3 revisions and desire a refund, Twitter Customizer will refund you the entire purchase price for that Twitter background. |

How does the design process work?
Once you place your order, you will received an email with a design questionnaire for you to fill out. You’ll need to email this back to us for our expert design team to get started. We will review your information and ask that you send any files that you would like to include in your design. It will then be assigned to one of our expert designers, who will work up a design for you. You will work one on one with the designer to get the look exactly how you like. Once completed, the designer will send you a final JPG for you to install. |

How do I enter a coupon code?
You will need to check the box “Got a coupon?” during check out. This will then prompt you to enter your coupon code. The discounted amount will then be applied to your order. |
